Yes, I want to join the waitlistâThe practices inside The Regulation Room have given me a tangible âhow-toâ that was a missing piece for me. I now understand how to apply them where needed in my daily life and use them to process and move through my emotions rather than falling into old, unhelpful behaviours.
Iâve noticed much more confidence and a huge shift in my understanding of how to use these tools. Iâve also really enjoyed the support in the live circles and the challenge to think about something from a different perspective. This is something all of us need to be shown how to do. If you're thinking about joining, Go for it!â â Laura, TRR Member
Most highly capable women have had years of practice pushing through stress.
So you keep going.
You stay switched on. Push through the tiredness. Think harder. Work harder. Ask more of yourself.
You assume you need more discipline, a better plan, another answer, or just a little more effort to finally feel on top of everything.
But the pressure does not always leave when the stressful moment is over.
It follows you into the evening as a racing mind, a tense body, a shorter fuse, emotional exhaustion, or the feeling that you should still be doing more.
The Regulation Room was created to help you practice a different way of moving through it.

The Regulation Room brings together two kinds of support:
  1. Live womenâs circles, twice each month
Come for the teaching, guided reflection, and meaningful connection with other women navigating the pressures of work and life.
Canât make it live? Listen to the replay in your own time and take what you need without feeling behind.
  2. Short guided audio practices
Use them independently between circles when stress, pressure, overthinking, or difficult emotions show up.
There is no curriculum to complete, perfect routine to maintain, or expectation to use everything.
The room is designed to give you practical support you can return to as needed â while helping you feel more grounded, capable, and confident in knowing how to support yourself.
So you can move through a full life with the reminder that you do not have to carry everything alone.

She created The Regulation Room to give capable women something most traditional spaces overlook: practical ways to work with what they carry internally, alongside a room where they do not always have to be the one leading, helping, or holding everything together.
âI love that I can go back and rewatch or repeat the practices whenever it works for me. Iâve already used one of the tools a few times in the moment, or just after something difficult happened.â â Belinda, Regulation Room member
âThe womenâs circles and the replays have been the most valuable part for me. Itâs been really nice to have a virtual community of women navigating similar things in work and personal life."Â â Regulation Room member
âI use the audios regularly - usually 2-3 times per day. They're short, practical and helping me feel more grounded and capable in my life.â â Jill, Regulation Room member
