The Regulation Room

Practice becoming the woman who can hold more life — without rushing herself through it.

The Regulation Room is an ongoing practice space for ambitious, deeply caring women who want to be more present for the life they’re building — less caught in mental replay, internal rushing and the pressure to keep moving before they’ve had a chance to land.

You don’t want to become less driven. You want to stop needing pressure to access your drive.

Use it when life is stretching you — and when life is going well, so steadiness becomes a capacity you keep expanding.

For a specific kind of woman

You like your ambition. You like caring deeply. You just don’t want to spend so much of your life feeling mentally full, internally rushed, or like there is never quite enough down time.

You care about doing a good job. You care about your people. You care about what you’re building. That depth of care is part of your strength — and it can also create an invisible inner load that follows you long after the moment has passed.

01

You’re home, but part of you is still in the meeting — replaying what you said, what they meant, or what you need to do tomorrow.

02

You can relax once everything is handled… except there is almost always something else to handle.

03

You tell yourself you’re “just being responsible,” but notice how quickly responsibility turns into carrying other people’s moods, outcomes and expectations.

04

You know better than to be so hard on yourself — and still catch the inner critic narrating the mistake, the awkward moment, the thing you should have done differently.

05

You can look calm while your mind is sprinting. You can perform well while internally bracing. You can be grateful for your life and still not feel fully in it.

You’re not asking for less responsibility. You’re asking for a different way of carrying it.

You want to keep showing up with ambition, care and emotional depth without needing urgency, overthinking or self-pressure to lead the way.

You may already understand yourself really well.

You can often explain why you overthink, why rest feels harder than it “should,” why certain people get under your skin, or why the inner critic gets louder when something matters. But insight and access are different things. TRR is where the things you understand get practiced, felt and repeated enough that another response becomes easier to reach in real life.

The shift

The goal isn’t to be calm all the time. It’s to stay more present, more yourself, and more able to choose how you meet what happens next.

01 — PRESSURE

You notice pressure earlier and have more choice in what happens next — instead of automatically speeding up, overthinking or pushing harder.

02 — RECOVERY

A difficult conversation, mistake or emotional moment can affect you without defining your state for the rest of the day.

03 — REST

You get better at switching off without needing to earn it first, collapse into it, or turn rest into another task to do correctly.

04 — RELATIONSHIPS

You have more space between what you feel and how you respond — with your partner, children, colleagues, clients and yourself.

05 — SELF-TRUST

You trust yourself to stay connected to who you are even when circumstances, opinions or outcomes are imperfect.

06 — LIFE

You build, lead, care and pursue meaningful things from devotion, clarity and capacity — not because pressure is the only fuel you know how to access.

Finish work and actually be home.

Not physically on the sofa while your mind is still writing tomorrow’s list.

Make a mistake without making yourself wrong.

Learn, repair if needed, and move forward without the three-hour post-mortem.

Take up space without immediately shrinking afterward.

Speak, lead, ask, receive — and let the moment be complete.

Have an ambitious season without feeling rushed and internally pressured through all of it.

Keep momentum without squeezing rest, relationships, creativity and joy into whatever is left over.

Care deeply without becoming responsible for everything.

Stay loving and generous without absorbing every emotion in the room.

Be present enough to enjoy what you worked so hard to create.

Not only getting through the next thing — actually being there for your own life.

Violetta seated beside the ocean
Presence is part of the point

You worked hard to build a full life. The point is to be present enough to live it.

Not simply getting through the day more calmly. Not only recovering once you are depleted. The work is also about having enough internal space to notice the dinner you were looking forward to, the person you love telling you something important, the quiet morning you do not need to fill, the celebration after something finally works, the trip you saved for, the moment you realise, I am actually proud of myself — while it is actually happening.

Because there is a difference between building an extraordinary life and being available to experience it. That is why TRR supports both the moments when you feel rushed or activated and the moments when you already feel good and want to deepen what is working.

Meet The Regulation Room

A place to practice the way you actually want to live.

Most of us don’t need another explanation of why rest matters, why boundaries matter, or why we shouldn’t overthink everything.

The gap is often between knowing and being able to live what you know — when you’re activated, when life is demanding, and also on the ordinary good days when you have space to build greater capacity.

TRR is the ongoing room where insight becomes practice, practice becomes capacity, and steadiness starts becoming your new normal.

Come when you need a 4-minute reset before a meeting. Come when you’re lying awake replaying a conversation. Come to a live Circle when you need perspective and reflection. And come when you already feel good — to practice presence, deepen self-trust, expand what steadiness can hold, and stop waiting for stress to be the reason you tend to yourself.

There is no curriculum to fall behind on. You use the room in relationship with your real life — for regulation, maintenance, integration and expansion. I am not interested in helping you get better at coping with a life that keeps you running on empty; the work is about noticing earlier, responding with more choice, recovering more completely, and letting pressure stop accumulating quite so easily in the first place.

Understanding the pattern is powerful. Practicing a different response is what makes it more available in real life.

The Relaxed Leader trainings help you see what has been driving the pressure. TRR is the natural next step: the room where you keep practicing against the life you are actually living now — until steadiness, presence and self-trust become easier to access when they matter.

A different source of momentum

What if pressure and drive have simply become paired together?

If you’ve ever thought, “I work best under pressure,” “I need the deadline,” or “if I slow down too much I’ll lose momentum,” TRR gives you somewhere to practice another possibility: staying ambitious without needing internal urgency to access your drive.

What’s inside

Three ways the room supports you.

Enough structure to help you practice consistently. Enough spaciousness that your wellbeing doesn’t become another full-time project.

The Practice Library

A growing library built around the moments and patterns this woman actually lives: when your brain won’t let something go, when you’re activated by someone you love, when you know you need rest but feel guilty taking it, when the inner critic is loud, when you want to sleep deeply, steady yourself before a difficult conversation, or practice being more present before anything is wrong.

A Room to Return To

Ongoing access to past Circle teachings, reflection, member practice requests and a quiet community home. Not a noisy feed you have to keep up with — a familiar place to come back to when something in life asks more of you.

Self-paced · ongoing replay access · practice requests welcomed

The goal isn’t to use everything. It’s to know where to go when you need support — and to build enough repetition that coming back to yourself gets easier.

Where TRR fits

Not an app. Not a course. Not 1:1 support.

TRR sits in the middle: more specific and relational than a meditation library, more alive than a self-paced course, and intentionally lighter-touch than private work.

Meditation apps

Broad libraries with many teachers and topics. Great when you want variety or a general meditation practice.

Self-paced courses

A defined curriculum to work through. Useful when you want a start-to-finish learning path.

The Regulation Room

Ongoing targeted practices + live Circles for the patterns that keep showing up in your actual life. Use what is relevant; return as you evolve.

1:1 work

Personalized, deeper and tailored to your history, goals and specific patterns. That level of individual support is intentionally outside the scope of TRR.

What this looks like in practice

Real moments. Specific practices. Small reps that start changing what feels familiar.

You don’t need to know whether you need tapping, breathwork or yoga nidra. Start with the moment you are in. I choose the method based on what that moment is asking for.

Why the practice library feels different

You don’t have to scroll through 10,000 practices hoping one understands the moment you’re in.

Meditation apps can be wonderful. The Regulation Room serves a different purpose: targeted emotional-fitness practice for the specific patterns, real-life moments and capacities you want to strengthen over time.

What do I choose?
Browse a large catalogue by category, teacher or length.
Choose based on what is actually happening: “I’m angry,” “I can’t switch off,” “I’m beating myself up,” “I need to steady myself before this meeting.”
The practices
Often meditation-focused and designed for a broad audience.
A mix of tapping/EFT, somatic practice, breathwork, visualization, yoga nidra, guided reflection and meditation — created for the patterns this room is here to work with.
The context
A practice exists independently of what is happening in your life.
The audios sit inside a wider practice space where live Circle themes, member needs and real-life challenges can shape what is created next.
The goal
Often a helpful moment of calm, focus or rest.
Use the moment of support as a rep: notice sooner, respond differently, recover faster, and keep strengthening your capacity to return.
The relationship
You choose from many teachers and practices.
You return to a familiar facilitator, familiar language and a room that keeps building on the work over time.
The difference is specificity, not volume.

You are not paying for thousands of audios. You are paying for a growing body of practices designed around the recurring patterns this particular woman is trying to meet differently — with a facilitator and language that stay consistent over time.

What this quietly costs

The cost of always being “on” isn’t only feeling stressed.

It can mean missing pieces of the life you worked so hard to create because part of you is still rushing, replaying, anticipating or carrying what came before.

Presence

Being physically with your partner, children or friends while part of your attention is still somewhere else.

Recovery

Moving straight from one demand into the next without enough down time to actually land.

Possibility

Having less room for creativity, intimacy, brave decisions, joy, spontaneity and the next level of life you want to step into.

The live anchor

The Circles are where the room comes alive.

These are not networking calls, group-coaching hot seats, or a place where you have to perform vulnerability.

Each Circle is facilitated around a meaningful theme — perfectionism, anger, overgiving, pressure, identity, boundaries, self-trust and the emotional patterns that quietly shape how you move through your life.

  • Arrive exactly as you are — camera on or off.
  • Learn something that helps you understand your experience more clearly.
  • Reflect, practice and hear other women put language to things you may have been carrying privately.
  • Leave with something practical to notice, practice or carry into the weeks ahead.

You’re no longer the one holding the room. You’re in a room that can hold you.

Live is the richest way to experience them. But missing a Circle does not mean missing the work. Every session is recorded and added to the replay library so you can listen on your own time — almost like a private podcast with practice woven in.

From inside the room
“I just want you to know I love being here and look forward to joining more lives as soon as possible… I’ve enjoyed the recordings, and wish I could be there for the lives. I certainly need it! Love to you and the group!”
— TRR member

“As an entrepreneur, wife and mother of 2, I don't get much space and time for myself. Having access to an experience like this allowed me to really decompress and just… be.”

— Sharon, past Women’s Circle participant

“The space was lovingly curated, and the energy was so supportive and uplifting. I felt seen, heard, and connected with the other women there.”

— Chantelle, past Women’s Circle participant

More than “feeling better”

You’re not only learning how to come down from stress. You’re expanding what you can meet without losing yourself.

Think of the room as emotional-fitness training: some practices help you recover after effort, some help you meet pressure differently in the moment, and some build capacity before you need it.

01

Recover

After the hard conversation, overstimulation, disappointment, anger or a demanding day — learn how to complete the moment instead of carrying all of it forward.

Come back to yourself faster.
02

Maintain

Practice when you’re already feeling steady so presence, rest, emotional range and clear thinking aren’t only available after something goes wrong.

Make steadiness more familiar.
03

Expand

Build more capacity for visibility, leadership, honest conversations, receiving, ambition, uncertainty, joy and the bigger life you actually want to be available for.

Let your capacity grow with your life.
You don’t only strength-train once your body hurts. Emotional fitness works the same way.

Some days you practice because something is difficult. Other days you practice because you already feel good and want presence, steadiness and self-trust to become more familiar — before life asks more of you.

Real moments from inside the work

What women are noticing when the work leaves the audio and enters real life.

I’ve kept these as the actual messages where possible because the context matters: a meeting, a difficult pattern, restorative sleep, months of cumulative change, or missing the live call and still using the replay.

TRR member message about using tapping before a meeting and feeling able to take up more space
TRR member message about dramatic emotional change over the last couple of months
TRR member reflection on shedding perfectionism and attachment to other people's feelings
TRR member message about loving the room, missing lives and benefiting from recordings
TRR member saying a tapping meditation felt like it was made for her

Cumulative change

“I’m less self-critical now — things roll off more easily.”

— TRR member
Why the room stays useful

The point isn’t that every practice creates a dramatic breakthrough. It’s that you start having more ways to meet the moments that used to automatically pull you into overthinking, pressure, reactivity or self-criticism.

If this sounds like the kind of practice you want in the background of your real life, the room is here when doors are open.

Practice for the life you’re building

Use it when something is happening — and when nothing is wrong at all.

Some days you press play because you need help shifting a moment. Other days you practice because you already feel steady and want to deepen it. Both matter. Regulation is not only recovery; it is maintenance, rehearsal and expansion.

Why I built this room

I spent years teaching people how to perform under pressure. The question that changed my work was: what if performing well isn’t enough if you can’t be present for the life on the other side of it?

For more than a decade, my work has put me in real-life environments where people are expected to lead, make decisions, care for others and keep showing up under pressure — from international expeditions and outdoor education to organisations, teams and women’s spaces.

I was also very good at pushing through. Until I learned firsthand that being capable of carrying a lot is not the same as knowing how to come back to yourself after you carry it.

The Regulation Room grew from a simple belief that still shapes everything I teach: people rarely need more information. They need practical ways to navigate the emotional and physical demands of the lives they’re already leading — and to strengthen the capacities that let them lead, care and contribute without being driven by constant internal pressure.

My aim is not to make you dependent on this room. It’s to help you build a stronger relationship with your own inner world — so steadiness becomes something you know how to return to.

A specific room for a specific woman

This is not for everyone.

You’ll probably feel at home here if…

  • You’re a deep thinker and deep feeler who also happens to be very capable.
  • You lead, teach, care, create, build or hold responsibility for other people.
  • You want to stay ambitious without needing stress, urgency or self-criticism to keep you moving.
  • You’re willing to practice in small ways rather than wait for the perfect routine.
  • You want practical support that can meet you before a meeting, after an argument, at bedtime or in the middle of an ordinary Tuesday.

It may not be the right room if…

  • You want a passive content subscription you’ll binge once and never revisit.
  • You want someone to deeply personalize the work around your history, goals and patterns each week — that is what my 1:1 work is for.
  • You want a quick fix that removes every difficult emotion or stressful moment.
  • You’re looking for a highly active social community with constant conversation and networking.
  • You’re not interested in experimenting, reflecting or practicing anything differently.
Questions

Before you join.

You can still use TRR fully. Live is the richest way to experience the Circles, but every session is recorded and added to the replay archive. Many members listen later on their own schedule. The calendar above lets you see the current rhythm before you join.
No. The Circles are facilitated spaces, not performance spaces. You can contribute, listen quietly, keep your camera off, or use the replay. You decide how you participate.
The library includes EFT/tapping, somatic practices, breathwork, guided reflection, visualization, yoga nidra and meditation. I don’t organize TRR around collecting modalities, though. I choose the method based on what the specific moment or pattern needs — for example self-criticism after a mistake, difficulty switching off, anger after a boundary is crossed, guilt around rest, deep restoration, steadiness before a meeting, or building more capacity for presence and self-trust when things are already going well.
You may not need to replace any of them. TRR has a different job. The library is intentionally specific to recurring real-life patterns and is paired with ongoing Circles, teaching and a familiar body of work. You come here less to browse and more to work with the moment you are actually in.
There is nothing to “keep up with.” Use the audios when they’re relevant, choose a practice to repeat for a few days when that serves you, and let the twice-monthly Circles act as an anchor. The skill we care about is returning, not performing perfect consistency.
No. The Regulation Room is an educational and experiential membership with guided mind-body practices and facilitated group reflection. It is not a replacement for therapy, medical care, or individualized mental-health treatment.
TRR can sit alongside that work because its focus is practice and integration. It can be especially useful when you already understand yourself well intellectually and want practical ways to meet what is happening in your body, emotions and day-to-day life.
Yes. Monthly membership can be cancelled anytime. If you choose a longer plan, your access continues through the period you purchased.
TRR opens for enrollment periodically rather than staying open all the time. When doors are closed, you can join the waitlist and I’ll let you know when the room opens again.
The Regulation Room

You already know how to do hard things. This is where you practice staying present for yourself while you do them.

Build the emotional fitness to be more present, steady and self-led as you lead, care, create, rest, speak up, take up space and meet whatever your life asks of you next.
