This isn’t about wanting less from life. It’s about being present, steady and well enough to actually experience more of it.
YOU’RE CAPABLE. THAT’S NOT THE PROBLEM.

You know how to handle a lot. But your mind doesn’t always know when it can stop.

You’re responsible. You care deeply. You think ahead. You probably have things you genuinely want to accomplish — not because someone told you to, but because your work, your relationships, your ideas and your life actually matter to you.

You’re often the person who figures things out, remembers what everyone needs, keeps moving when things get hard and gets it done.

And somewhere along the way, being capable can quietly become being internally switched on almost all the time.

“I’ll relax once I finish this.”
“It’s easier if I just do it myself.”
“I know this isn’t a big deal — so why am I still thinking about it?”
“I should be handling this better.”
“There’s just a lot going on right now.”

So you keep going. And when the busy period passes, somehow your mind finds something else to carry.

WHAT WOMEN SAY
“I’m only 7 minutes into the video and it feels like you’re literally just talking to me. It’s so wild!”
Violetta in the mountains
YOU DON’T NEED A SMALLER LIFE

You may want a richer one.

More meaningful work. More adventure. More creativity. More connection. More contribution. More freedom. More of what makes you feel alive.

The problem isn’t that you care too much. And I don’t believe the solution is teaching ambitious women to stop wanting things.

You can pursue meaningful goals without living in permanent urgency.
You can be responsible without making yourself responsible for everything.
You can care deeply without carrying every person and problem home.
You can do hard things without needing hardship to prove your worth.

The aim is not less life. It’s more capacity to actually be inside it.

THIS LANDED
“I loved the perspective of holding internal space to experience a full life instead of the fragmentation we often feel — getting pulled in a thousand different directions, juggling a million things and struggling to really show up fully in all areas of our life.”
AND IT DOESN’T ALWAYS LOOK LIKE BURNOUT

Sometimes it simply looks like never fully being where you are.

You’re at dinner, but part of you is still at work.

You finally sit down, and your brain starts running through tomorrow.

You take the holiday you worked so hard for — then spend the final days mentally back home with your inbox, your to-do list and everything waiting for you.

You stay calm and capable when everyone needs you, then become impatient, flat, snappy or completely spent around the people you actually want to enjoy.

Your full life isn’t necessarily the problem. It’s how much of it you’re carrying internally.

WHAT IF IT COULD FEEL DIFFERENT?

Imagine meeting a demanding season of life without disappearing inside it.

AT WORK Busy doesn’t have to become internally frantic. Move through meetings, decisions, deadlines and responsibility without mentally carrying them for hours afterward.
AT HOME Have more of yourself left. Finish the working day and actually arrive where your feet are.
IN RELATIONSHIPS Feel deeply without being run by every feeling. Navigate conflict without automatically reacting from the most activated part of you.
WHEN RESTING Receive the pause. Stop turning rest into another activity you’re trying to perform correctly.
WHEN THINGS GO WRONG Trust yourself to find your way back. A stressful moment doesn’t have to consume the next four hours.
IN YOUR OWN LIFE Feel available for what you’ve built. Not merely achieving the next thing — actually experiencing the life you’re creating along the way.
THE GOAL ISN’T TO BECOME CALM ALL THE TIME

You don’t need to eliminate stress. You need a reliable way back to yourself.

Life will still contain pressure. Things won’t always go to plan. You will sometimes feel angry, afraid, tired, overwhelmed or uncertain.

The skill is learning how to recognise what is happening inside you, work with it, and shorten the amount of time you remain consumed by it.

THIS IS WHAT I MEAN BY A RELAXED LEADER

Not passive. Not less driven. Not permanently zen.

A Relaxed Leader is a woman who learns to recognise her internal state and work with it more skillfully — so pressure doesn’t have to run the show.

She can feel deeply without being run by every feeling.
She can care deeply without carrying everyone.
She can experience pressure without automatically becoming pressure.
She can lose her steadiness and trust herself to find it again.
She can pursue extraordinary things without exhaustion becoming proof that she tried hard enough.
She can live a meaningful, full life and remain connected to herself inside it.
BECAUSE THIS DOESN’T END WITH YOU

When you change the place you lead from, the ripple travels outward.

The women I care most about supporting aren’t interested only in becoming slightly better versions of themselves.

They’re building things. Leading people. Raising families. Teaching. Creating. Advocating. Starting companies. Making art. Caring for communities. Changing careers. Speaking up. Taking risks. Trying to leave something meaningful behind.

And when women who care deeply learn to lead without chronic internal pressure being the fuel, it doesn’t only change how we feel.

It changes what becomes possible through us.

THIS IS BIGGER THAN MANAGING STRESS

Because many of us were taught how to succeed by overriding ourselves.

Push through.
Don’t disappoint anyone.
Be useful.
Be good.
Get it right.
Keep going.
Hold it together.

And for a while, those patterns can look a lot like success. They may even be rewarded.

Until you realise you’ve become exceptionally good at carrying responsibility — and increasingly unfamiliar with putting it down.

What if your next level isn’t learning how to carry more — but learning how to carry what matters differently?

The way you relate to pressure shapes more than productivity.

It shapes how you lead. How you communicate. How you handle mistakes. How you love. How you respond when life doesn’t cooperate. And what other women learn is possible by watching you.

We get to break that cycle.

INSIDE THE RELAXED LEADER

Three trainings to help you understand what’s happening — and actually begin changing it.

Because knowing you “should relax,” “shouldn’t worry” or “don’t need to take it personally” is very different from actually being able to feel and respond differently when pressure has its grip on you.

TRAINING 01

Recognise When Stress Is Running the Show

Learn to notice the subtle shift from capable and grounded into rushing, overthinking, pressure, reactivity or shutdown — before you’re already deep inside it.

You’ll begin recognising the language of stress: “I should.” “I have to.” “I need to.” “I can’t.”

And learn why the same self-care tool doesn’t work for every internal state.

So instead of: “Why am I like this again?” you can understand what’s happening and respond to what you actually need.
TRAINING 02

Learn How to Come Back to Steady

Once you understand what’s happening, you can stop trying to think yourself out of a stress response.

Explore the emotions underneath your patterns and experience short practical mind-body practices for moving stress through — instead of carrying it into the next part of your day.

So a stressful moment doesn’t automatically become a stressful afternoon, evening, weekend, or week.
TRAINING 03

Change What Keeps Pulling You Back

Explore the quieter fears and beliefs underneath:

overworking,
over-preparing,
over-giving,
perfectionism,
doing everything yourself,
difficulty receiving help,
and struggling to fully switch off.

You’ll begin understanding why you can logically know you’re safe, capable or deserving of rest — while another part of you still feels pressure to do more.

So ease stops feeling like something you have to earn after you’ve finally worked hard enough, done enough or exhausted yourself enough.
“That was soo quick and easy! I saw my mind go into whatever else I thought I needed to do... overall I feel more steady. I appreciate how you said it’s about creating a new norm!! LOVE THAT!”

— Erica, Relaxed Leader participant

YOU PROBABLY DON’T NEED MORE INFORMATION

You may already know better.

You may know that rest matters. That you don’t have to do everything yourself. That worrying doesn’t make you more prepared. That your worth isn’t determined by your output.

You’ve read the books.
Listened to the podcasts.
Journaled.
Tried meditation.
Exercised.
Taken the holiday.
Told yourself to stop overthinking.

And still, when enough pressure accumulates, you can find yourself right back in the pattern.

Because what you understand in your mind doesn’t always become what you can access when you actually need it.

The Relaxed Leader is designed to help you practice the second.

Violetta, founder of Expand and Impact
WHY I TEACH THIS WORK

For years, I was exceptionally good at pushing through.

For more than a decade, I worked in experiential education, leadership and mental performance — supporting young people and adults through demanding real-world environments around the world.

Summiting peaks. Traversing jungles. Leading expeditions. Teaching people how to stay focused and keep going when things got hard.

From the outside, my life was extraordinary. And in many ways, it genuinely was.

But I remember being in some of the most beautiful places in the world and realising I wasn’t fully there to experience them.

I could be grateful and still feel half somewhere else. Thinking. Planning. Holding responsibility. Pushing myself.

Eventually, the way I’d learned to drive myself caught up with me.

And I had to learn something I had never been taught in all my years of leadership and performance training:

How to keep doing meaningful, challenging, extraordinary things without needing stress and self-pressure to be the fuel.

That journey became the foundation of the work I now teach through Expand and Impact.

FROM WOMEN INSIDE THIS WORK

Because the point isn’t simply to understand yourself better. It’s for your actual life to feel different.

“I’m feeling a lot more calm, centred and grounded. A totally different version of me than I was 6 weeks ago.”
— 1:1 client
“I was able to have the conversation in a state of calm. It went very well and we both felt okay about it afterwards.”
— Workshop participant
“I was unsettled... then I did the practices and felt way more settled. Way less tension. Like sleep might be a possibility.”
— Belinda, Relaxed Leader participant

A FEW THINGS YOU MAY BE WONDERING

Before you join.

Is this only for women who are burnt out?

No. Many women who benefit from this work are still functioning at a very high level. You may look capable, successful and completely fine from the outside — while knowing you are carrying more internal pressure than you want to keep normalising.

Do I need to consider myself a leader?

Not necessarily in the conventional job-title sense. You may lead a business, team, classroom, family, community, creative project or simply your own life. The common thread is that you care, carry responsibility and want how you live to matter.

Is this about becoming less ambitious?

No. The Relaxed Leader is not an invitation to shrink your goals. It’s about building the internal capacity to pursue what matters without chronic pressure having to be the fuel.

Is this a meditation course?

No. There are short guided mind-body practices, but the training is about understanding and navigating your stress patterns in real life. No previous meditation or somatic experience is required.

What if I already know a lot about stress and personal development?

That’s exactly why this experience may resonate. Highly self-aware women often understand their patterns very well. The harder part is accessing a different response when stress is actually happening. This experience emphasises practice, not only information.

How long do I have access?

You have 14 days to work through the complete three-part experience. The contained access window is intentional — enough time to experience the work without creating another huge course that sits unfinished in your account.

Do I need my life to calm down first?

No. That’s the point. You’re learning skills to support you inside your actual life — including the demanding, imperfect and unexpected parts.
