Get a 6-minute guided movement + breath audio plus a simple visual guide to help you notice what state you're in and choose what may actually support you next.
Switch Off” Reset
One thing ends.
Your mind is already onto the next.
After work
Laptop closed. Your mind is already mapping tomorrow.
At home
You want to be where you are. Part of you is still running the logistics.
Before bed
The day gets quiet. Your mind starts reviewing everything.
Between things
One responsibility ends. You're already moving into the next one.
Being able to push through is a strength.
The skill is being able to choose when that gear is useful — and when you're done with it.
You've likely built a strong capacity to focus, solve, respond, carry responsibility and keep things moving.
That's useful.
But when go becomes automatic, continuing can feel more natural than changing gears.
This reset gives you a deliberate transition — a small rep in getting better at moving between states instead of waiting until exhaustion makes the decision for you.
Two simple tools.
Made for real life.
The “I Can't Switch Off” Reset
A short movement + breath practice for when one part of your day has ended and you want to consciously shift into what comes next.
Not All Stress Needs the Same Support
A simple reference to help you recognize what state you're in and make a more intentional choice about what may support you.
Bring the same intentionality you bring to what you do to what happens inside you.
Not forcing yourself to be calm. Not becoming less driven.
Emotional Fitness is getting better at noticing what's happening, understanding what it needs and having more than one way to respond.
Practical skills for doing meaningful things without pressure becoming the only way you know how.
I'm a speaker, facilitator, podcast host and founder of Expand and Impact.
For more than a decade, I've taught leadership, emotional intelligence and mental performance in high-pressure environments — from international expeditions and outdoor education to organizations and women's spaces.
I spent years becoming very good at performing under pressure. What interested me next was learning how to become equally skilled at shifting out of it.
That experience, alongside my training in holistic counselling and practical mind-body approaches, shapes the work I do today: helping high-capacity women build Emotional Fitness for the ambition, responsibility and meaningful lives they're already choosing.
You already know how to go.
Build the skill of shifting gears.
Start with six minutes and one practical guide you can return to whenever you want to move from one part of your life into the next more intentionally.
