Free morning women’s circles · Two live sessions with Violetta

How to ease the pressure to do more and enjoy the life you’re working so hard to build.

For the woman who aims high, feels deeply, and carries a lot.

Understand why you keep feeling behind, even when you’re doing so much. Practice ways to trust your decisions, switch off, and enjoy a break before everything is finished.

You know how to show up and give a lot

But does the pressure follow you into the moments you want to enjoy?

Whether you lead, teach, care for others, or train toward a personal goal, being capable doesn’t always mean you feel at ease inside.

The workday ends. Your mind keeps going.

You’re making dinner, but still replaying a meeting, a conversation with a parent, or a decision you made hours ago.

“Did I handle that properly? Should I send one more message?”

Someone’s disappointed. You feel responsible.

You notice a change in their tone and start working out what you did, what they need, and how to make things okay.

“I won’t be able to relax until I know they’re alright.”

You did what you planned. It still doesn’t feel enough.

You finish the task, the workout, or a full day of caring for everyone. Instead of satisfaction, you find what you could have done better.

“I should have done more.”

Your ability is still there when the pressure softens.

A different way to move forward

Your ambition can come from desire. It doesn’t have to run on constant self-pressure.

Sometimes you move toward a goal because it matters to you. Other times, you’re trying to escape feeling behind, guilty, or afraid of letting someone down.

Both can look like working hard. But when doing more becomes your way of feeling okay, finishing the task may bring only brief relief before your mind finds the next thing.

We’ll explore what keeps that pressure going and practice responding in ways that leave more energy for what you actually care about.

What you’ll take into your day

Bring your ambition. Give yourself more ways to meet the pressure.

01 / RECOGNIZE

Notice what’s setting your pace.

Recognize when you’re acting from what matters to you and when fear, guilt, or responsibility for everyone else is driving you.

Get clearer about where your time and energy actually need to go.

02 / PRACTICE

Soften the inner push.

Experience guided reflection and a mind-body practice to work with tension and the emotions beneath your overthinking.

Create room to choose your next step instead of automatically doing more.

03 / APPLY

Put self-trust into action.

Bring a real situation you want to approach differently: a decision you keep reopening, a boundary you question, or a break you struggle to enjoy.

Choose one specific place to begin using what you’ve learned.

Leave with a clearer understanding of your patterns, a practice you can return to, and a specific place to begin.

An hour for you

I know. 6:30 a.m. is early.

I also know how easily your day becomes everyone else’s. One message, one request, one thing you need to handle, and you’re moving at a pace you never consciously chose.

This is an hour to give yourself some attention before you spend the day responding to everything that needs you.

Bring your coffee or tea. Stay in bed or join while getting ready. Your camera stays off, and you can use the chat to ask questions and share reflections.

You don’t need to arrive feeling peaceful. Bring the busy mind that’s already making a list. We’ll work with what’s actually happening for you.

Joining at 11:30 a.m. in London or Lisbon? This is your chance to pause, notice what’s setting your pace, and choose how you want to meet the rest of your day.

A space to work through it together

You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

These one-hour sessions bring together guided conversation, reflection, and a short meditation or mind-body practice in a live women’s circle.

Someone else may put words to a feeling you haven’t known how to explain. A question may help you see a familiar situation differently.

Camera off, chat on. You’re welcome to ask questions, share a reflection, or simply listen.

Feeling understood
Hannah: I've literally never related to anything more, about my family and my experience in relation to them. Thank you!

Your facilitator

Hi, I’m Violetta.

For more than a decade, I’ve helped people navigate challenge, pressure, and the emotional side of doing hard things, from guiding outdoor adventures around the world to facilitating conversations like these.

I’m trained in holistic counseling, meditation, and breathwork. My work brings together mind-body psychology and mental performance to help you build Emotional Fitness for everyday life.

I also know what it’s like to achieve something you worked hard for and barely enjoy it before your mind moves the finish line. To be somewhere beautiful and still be mentally working through what needs doing.

That’s why I created Expand and Impact and The Regulation Room: to help you pursue what matters and actually experience the life happening along the way.

Bring your busy mind, your ambition, your big feelings. There’s room for all of you here.
