You’re good at handling things.
But when do you get to feel done?
“Is she upset? Should I check?”
“Once everyone’s okay and this is done, I can relax.”
You care about doing a good job. You have ideas, goals, and people who matter to you. But even when you’re making progress, your mind keeps finding what you haven’t done yet.
You’re drinking your coffee, but mentally you’re in the next meeting. One message changes your mood. Someone seems disappointed, and you’re already working out how to make it better.
You want to walk into the meeting clear. Make a decision without reopening it five times. Hear that someone’s disappointed without spending the afternoon trying to fix it. And enjoy your evening without mentally working through tomorrow.
Your ability is still there when the pressure softens. These mornings are a place to practice using it with a clearer head and more room to enjoy what you’re doing.
Bring your ambition.
Give yourself more ways to meet the pressure.
We’ll explore the pressure to do more, think ahead, and keep everyone okay. Through conversation and reflection, you’ll have space to recognize what’s driving your inner rush and consider how you want to respond differently.
Alongside women who recognize these patterns, you can put words to what you’ve been carrying and see your experience from a different angle. A guided practice or meditation will give us a moment to pause and bring the conversation into how we feel.
Notice what keeps you feeling on duty.
Explore the fear of falling behind, letting someone down, or not doing enough that can keep you rushing even when nothing is urgent.
Recognize yourself in the conversation.
Reflect alongside women who also aim high, feel deeply, and carry a lot. There’s relief in realizing you’re not the only one who feels this way.
Meet the day with a different perspective.
Consider what you can approach differently, whether that’s letting a decision stand, allowing someone their feelings, or enjoying a break before everything is done.
What women have experienced in my spaces.
Messages from women inside The Regulation Room, where conversation, reflection, and guided practices support ongoing Emotional Fitness.
You’re used to figuring it out.
You don’t have to do it all alone.
There’s something different about taking this time alongside women who also think ahead, feel deeply, and want to meet life with less pressure.
A conversation can help you notice something you’ve been too close to see. Someone else can put words to a feeling you haven’t known how to explain.
These mornings give you room to reflect alongside women on a similar path, feel understood, and consider what you want to do differently in your own life.

Before you take care of the day,
take a moment for you.
Whether your day is just beginning or already in motion, this can be your anchor. You don’t need to arrive feeling calm or know exactly what you’re feeling.
Come for a conversation that helps you understand the pressure you carry and see more possibilities for how you meet it. A little perspective to take into the work, relationships, and moments that matter to you.

Creator of The Regulation Room
Hi, I’m Violetta.
I want you to enjoy the life
you’re working so hard to build.
I love adventure, meaningful conversations, and helping people discover what they’re capable of. For more than a decade, I taught leadership and mental performance and led expeditions around the world.
But I also know the cost of being good at pushing through. My own experience of burnout and anxiety taught me that being capable doesn’t always mean you feel okay inside.
That took my work deeper into holistic counseling, meditation, breathwork, and the emotional patterns that keep us rushing, overthinking, and feeling responsible for everyone.
I founded Expand and Impact because I want women who aim high and care deeply to have practical ways to meet the emotional demands of their lives, with more freedom to actually enjoy them.
These mornings are an invitation to explore that together, through honest conversation, reflection, and a moment to pause.
Bring your busy mind, your ambition, your big feelings.
There’s room for all of you here.
