You'll create real and lasting shifts by learning to release stress so that you can easily drop into a state of relaxation, even when you're short on time. It's time to put yourself and your wellbeing back to the top of your priority list.

Learn the ROOT of why you're left feeling anxious and guilty when you're not doing something productive in your free time.
In a world that values productivity and long hours over wellbeing, deep rest is a skill to learn and a foundation to experiencing more joy. We'll touch on the various layers that make it difficult for us to relax and truly unwind and let go of the stress we hold in our body. We'll explore why deep rest is so important and how you could begin to master the art of doing less as a way to accomplish more.

Identify and replace beliefs that keep you in a cycle of burnout and rob you of time for self-care and joy.
You will be guided in a mindful reflection and journaling moment that will help you uncover some of your deeply rooted beliefs around productivity and rest. Take a step towards true embodiment by bringing more intention and attention to your unconscious thoughts so that you can start to make shifts that bring more alignment to your work and life.

Be guided in a 20 minute Deep Rest Nidra Practice that helps you to deliberately turn your thoughts off and connect with a state of deep rest and relaxation. Backed by Neuropsychology, this practice is done lying down and has the power to soothe your brain and body, improve concentration and upgrade the quality of your sleep.

I'm a Change Expert here to support and guide you on your path to creating a purpose-driven career and life that challenges the status quo and leaves you feeling successful and energized. My work is informed by my over a decade of experience in Experiential and Outdoor Education, Holistic Counselling Psychology, Meditation and Mindfulness and my time facilitating Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Growth and Development.
As a First Generation American, first woman in my family to graduate from University and someone who is used to being the only female in the room and at the table, I know first-hand how it feels to be taking action towards your goals and dreams only to be left feeling like you're running on a hamster wheel.
I believe that the deep work and attention we place on ourselves today, empowers us to own our voice, be more authentic and redefine how we want success and leadership to look and feel like. We're living in an interesting time filled with endless opportunities and information to help us live happier and fuller lives both personally and professionally.
